Shipping
District will action and dispatch your order within 48 hours. Depending on your location standard delivery typically takes 5 – 7 business days.
District does not ship internationally.
When your order has been shipped you will receive an email that includes tracking information, enabling you to be able to monitor and track your order.
Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery at the nominated address. Delivery will usually occur between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday - Friday. We are unable provide an exact time or call prior to delivery.
You are unable to nominate a time for delivery – however if you are not home a ‘sorry we missed you’ card will be left, and you will be able to contact TNT to arrange re-delivery on a suitable day or collection from a Parcel point location.

Returns Policy
Please select your items for order carefully, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We recommend you carefully review orders prior to purchase.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults prior to being dispatched, however, if you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, wrongly described, or different to the product purchased then please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of delivery via email warranty@district.com.au. District will arrange to have damaged goods returned and will either arrange for a replacement of the items or refund the full amount.
We will only accept products in their original condition with tags attached, accompanied with the receipt and all original packaging. District reserves the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet our standards.
All purchases of sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
If District approves a refund (or partial refund), it will be made via the method of payment that was used to make your online purchase. Refunds will be processed as soon as the items have arrived in the District warehouse and have been inspected.
Delivery Charges
In the instance District considers any items to have breached a consumer guarantee, all shipping costs to return the goods will be at District’s cost.
