With casual elegance that is as suitable for the more private dimension of the home office as it is for the executive office, the ROLLINGFRAME chair features a five-spoke swivel base on castors.

This supports an ergonomic seat, which is even more comfortable in the Rollingframe 47 and Rollingfra me 52 versions equipped with a swivel mechanism.

The frame collection is characterised by PVC-covered polyester mesh available in many colour variants, with a structure in extruded aluminium and stove enamelled die casting components. Comprised of an array of products, each designed differently to combine comfort and function, frame is a successful collection which has become over the years an icon for other collections.

Alberto Meda

He was born in Lenno Tremezzina (Como) in 1945. He graduated in mechanical engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan. In 1987 and 1989, he designed two historic chairs for Alias, Lightlight and Softlight, the first currently on display in MoMA’s permanent collection.
