Product you would put at home?
I would easily find a place at home for the Fogia Bollo Armchair in Sheepskin - in fact, why not two! Its curvaceous design is incredibly inviting. I know my guests would gravitate towards these seats the moment they walk in.
Product you would put in someone else’s home?
A product I could see being enjoyed in many homes is the FAST Naca Table. This outdoor table is highly customizable across a range of sizes and finishes, but it is the lava stone top that really takes centre stage for me. I love the contrast between the richly textured lava stone surface and the sculptural aluminium base — a material pairing that gives the piece real depth and character. The table feels both functional and refined - it will easily become the beating heart of an entertainer's home.
Favourite District product story?
One of my favourite product stories is the Kvadrat Technicolour Fleece Rug by Peter Saville. The design was inspired by what Saville calls “rural graffiti” — the sight of sheep in the countryside marked with bright spray-painted spots so the farmers could identify their sheep. This idea is translated into a hand-knotted rug where sparks of colour appear randomly across a natural wool base. The design concept is delightful, while the design outcome is practical, unique & superb to the touch.
